How We Generated 1,000 Leads in 60 Days for an Energy Firm

Challenge

The client came to us with no existing digital presence. We had to build everything from the ground up — a new website, creatives, sales messaging, campaign segmentation, and tracking infrastructure. Starting from zero, we identified the need for a full-funnel digital strategy that would drive qualified leads to their sales team.

Insight

We crafted a media plan focused heavily on paid social media, targeting homeowners interested in home renovation, energy efficiency upgrades, solar panels, heat pumps, and government subsidy programs. Using a data-driven approach, we carefully defined audience segments based on intent and property ownership status.

Strategy

To ensure the client’s sales team had a consistent flow of meetings, we built a nationwide lead generation campaign segmented by region. Our goal was to deliver high-quality leads directly into the hands of their salespeople, tailored to their availability and location.

We implemented a layered targeting strategy — combining geographic segmentation with behavior- and interest-based filters — and optimized campaigns in real-time to reduce costs while increasing conversion quality.

Within just 60 days, we delivered over 1,000 qualified leads at an average cost of 70–100 CZK per lead. Thanks to our smart form design and precise targeting, the leads showed exceptional conversion rates, helping the sales team fill their calendars with minimal effort.

Enhancing Sales Performance with AI-Powered Chatbots

To streamline the lead qualification process and support the sales team, we developed a custom chatbot powered by the OpenAI API and integrated with a dedicated knowledge base.

This AI assistant was trained on internal documents and FAQs to handle initial inquiries, qualify prospects, and provide instant answers — saving the team countless hours and improving response times. By automating first-touch communication, we increased operational efficiency and gave the sales team more time to focus on closing deals.
