The client approached us with an outdated website and unreliable data infrastructure. Their vehicle listings were pulled from a central automotive database, but the data was inconsistent, poorly structured, and not optimized for performance or scalability.
We were tasked with rebuilding their entire digital ecosystem — both frontend and backend — and designing a robust AWS-based architecture capable of handling real-time updates and cross-platform integration.
The central database was used by multiple external platforms, including online car marketplaces, requiring us to deeply understand and adapt to a complex, shared data flow. We performed extensive feed mapping and data cleaning to ensure seamless integration with the client’s new system.
We designed a reliable, scalable, and serverless architecture using AWS S3 and Lambda to process and update XML data feeds from the central automotive database. These feeds were cleaned, normalized, and automatically imported into WordPress to keep listings nearly real-time.
The system is built for long-term scalability across platforms, with minimal maintenance. It ensures fast performance, accurate data delivery, and seamless integration — giving the dealership a clear edge in a competitive market.
